2. Description of Service

Journium provides a developer-first analytics and insight platform designed to help teams understand application and user behavior through telemetry. The service focuses on detecting meaningful behavioral change and surfacing proactive, narrative insights rather than dashboards or traditional business intelligence reports.

Journium is currently offered in a private preview and design partner phase. Features, capabilities, and availability may evolve over time as the service is developed and refined.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not use another person's account without permission or create multiple accounts.

Certain features may be limited to approved design partners during the private preview phase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to train competing analytics, monitoring, or insight products without explicit written permission

5. Payment Terms

Journium may offer paid plans in the future. During the private preview or design partner phase, access may be provided at no cost or under separate written terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

You retain ownership of your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services. This may include the processing of telemetry, event data, and metadata generated by your applications.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Journium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our service without explicit written permission.

8. Service Level Agreement

Journium does not currently offer a formal service level agreement during the private preview phase. Availability, performance, and reliability may vary as the service evolves.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Journium from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Journium is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
