Why I built Journium
I kept watching the same thing happen: a team with good data, an analytics dashboard nobody checks, and a problem nobody noticed until it was expensive. The answer was always “we should look at this more closely” — which meant nobody would.
Analytics shouldn't wait to be asked. Journium is built on that premise.
Background
Before this: co-founder and CTO at Astronuts (Techstars '24), and co-founder at Cloudgeni (Antler-backed). More than 25 years building developer platforms and infrastructure products — enough time to see the same dashboard problem repeat itself at every company, every scale.
The architecture behind Journium started as a formal research problem. Bhushan and I wrote a paper formalizing the approach before a single line of product code was written. The research page has the details.

I lead product, strategy, and customer work. I talk to every user — not because I have to, but because it's the only way to stay honest about what actually matters.
